Process
The application process can be done one of two ways.
Option 1 (Preferred )
Please fill out the form on the site below and upload a video of the of your performance using the button at the bottom of the link. After completeing the form, please send application processing fee to All Ohio Dance Festival, PO Box 443, Aurora Ohio, 44202
Option 2
Download a fillable form from HERE. Fill out the form and mail with the application fee to All Ohio Dance Festival, PO Box 443, Aurora Ohio, 44202. Application Videos can be emailed to allohiodancefestival@yahoo.com.
Application Guidelines
Each applicant piece is limited to a 5-minute performance time. This is flexible. You may submit one 5-minute piece or any combination of piece times adding up to 5 minutes. Depending on the final number of pieces, the time limit may expand. There is a $30.00 nonrefundable processing fee, per piece. Note: Each piece requires a separate application form, copy as needed (No Refunds). If your piece is not performance ready, you may submit a similar piece that is an accurate portrayal of your style and technique, using the dancers who will appear in the Festival Performance.
Please send completed application on the form below, to arrive no later than Friday, December 13th, 2024. Due to the enthusiastic response and growth of the program, we cannot consider pieces submitted after the deadline.
Notification of acceptance into the Festival Performance will be via e-mail or phone, by Friday January 3rd , 2025. The festival is open to all Ohio dance companies and dance studios. Performance pieces will be chosen by a committee based on originality, technique and style.
